Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy sets out how RINGVA voice services and numbers may be used. It exists to protect customers, carrier partners and the people who receive calls.
Prohibited activity
Services may not be used for fraudulent traffic, artificial traffic inflation, caller identity spoofing intended to mislead, harassment, or any activity unlawful in the originating or terminating country.
Number use
Numbers must be used in line with the requirements of the country that issued them, including any conditions on presence, registration or intended purpose.
Enforcement
Traffic that breaches this policy may be restricted or suspended. Where possible we contact the account owner first and work towards a resolution.
